**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Upwork and other freelance platforms for project opportunities that match our company's services and expertise.
- Prepare and submit well-crafted, personalized proposals to potential clients.
- Communicate with prospective clients to discuss their requirements and persuade them to engage our services.
- Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to ensure accurate project estimations and proposals.
- Follow up on sent proposals and manage communications until project commencement.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand adherence in all interactions.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly bid targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Keep detailed records of all bidding activities in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder, freelance coordinator, or a similar role in business development or sales within the IT or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of freelance marketplace dynamics and project bidding processes.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with exceptional persuasive writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 1 years of experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
- A track record of achieving sales or bid targets in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
