We work with global clients across multiple domains and are now expanding our business development team to strengthen our presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, writing engaging proposals, and winning projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write customized and high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients, understand their project needs, and coordinate with the internal team to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking sheets and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or online sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to write persuasive proposals and handle client queries confidently.
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to work effectively during the assigned shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a software or IT service company.

Shift Timing:

05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (IST) (Night Shift to align with international clients)
