**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and bid on relevant **data entry** projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs, increasing the chances of winning projects.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate project terms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies to improve bidding success.
- Ensure a high response rate and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Prior knowledge of managing clients and handling project negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal **English communication skills**.
- Proven track record of securing projects and meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of **data entry services** and related client requirements.
**Salary**:
- **Commission-Based Only** - Earnings depend on performance and successful project acquisitions.
