We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bidder to join our team on Upwork. As a Bidder, you will be responsible for securing projects through effective bidding strategies and excellent client communication..

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize professional phone etiquette to communicate with potential clients
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients
- Perform data entry tasks related to bids and project details
- Analyze project requirements and tailor bids accordingly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the bidding process

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in English
- Strong sales skills to secure projects successfully
- Ability to analyze project requirements and submit competitive bids
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Preferred Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency for enhanced client communication
- Experience in multilingual environments for diverse client interactions
- Strong Technical skills And Knowledge of Bidding process
- Experience:1 year ( preferred )
- Qualification : Graduate
- Schedule : Day shift ( 10am-7pm / Monday
- Saturday)
- Job Type : Full-time
- Notice Period : Immediate ( 1 month )
- Salary : 15,000 - 30,000 ( per month )
- Work Location : Remote
- Additional Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Freelancer, Guru, Upwork, and LinkedIn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
