Senior Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a Senior Upwork Bidder to strengthen our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads, winning projects, and building long-term client relationships on Upwork and other freelance platforms. This is a strategic role where you will act as the first point of contact with clients, craft compelling proposals, and drive business growth through consistent conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on high-value, relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Write tailored, high-converting proposals that highlight client needs and our value proposition.
- Communicate effectively with clients via chat, messages, and video calls.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and suggest best-fit IT solutions (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Maintain and share regular reports on bids placed, responses received, and projects closed.
- Work proactively to meet monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
- Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken).
- Demonstrated success in writing winning proposals and closing deals.
- Sound knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Flexible with working hours to align with different client time zones.
