**Job Title: Freelance Upwork Bidder**

**Job Summary**
Nyusoft Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Freelance Upwork Bidder** with 1-2 years of experience. This full-time freelance role is remote-based and focuses on generating business from a variety of online platforms—including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.

**Position Type**
Full-time Freelance (Remote)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Working Hours: Wednesday-Friday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM (IST)
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (IST)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and target high-potential job postings across Upwork and similar platforms.
- Craft personalized, compelling proposals tailored to client requirements—with no generic or AI-generated cover letters.
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible for mobile app and software development projects.
- Maintain strong client rapport through ongoing messaging, inquiry responses, and timely follow-ups.
- Track and report bidding metrics such as proposal submissions, view rates, client responses, and conversions weekly.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, client expectations, and competitor activity to consistently improve bidding strategy.
- Contribute to developing effective sales and bidding strategies to meet organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-2 years) bidding on Upwork
- Exceptional written English skills—grammatically precise, persuasive, and clear.
- Proficiency in writing technical proposals with understanding of mobile app and technical development concepts.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple bids effectively.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Use of AI tools is acceptable only when used to assist—not replace—proposal customization.
- Commitment to building and maintaining quality client relationships.
