**Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Bid on Relevant Projects**: Actively search for and identify potential projects on Upwork that align with our company's expertise and services.
- **Craft Customized Proposals**: Write compelling and tailored proposals to bid on projects, highlighting our strengths and addressing client needs.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with potential clients, answer queries, and negotiate project terms to secure contracts.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Coordinate with our team to ensure we can meet the project's requirements and deadlines.
- **Track and Report**: Maintain records of all bids, outcomes, and feedback to refine future bidding strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork.
- **Skills**: Strong writing and communication skills, ability to understand client requirements, and craft personalized proposals.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Upwork’s platform, algorithms, and bidding processes.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work any time of the day or night as per the needs of the projects.
- **Results-driven**: Focused on achieving targets and closing deals with a high success rate.

**Compensation**:

- The bidder will be compensated on a percentage basis of the total value of the projects won. Specific percentage terms will be discussed during the interview process.
