**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance sourcing portals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and proposing suitable IT solutions.
- Generate leads, prospect, and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and accomplishments.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in Upwork and other freelance sourcing portals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and fostering lasting client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a history of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Adaptability to evolving priorities and business requirements.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
