Job Description

We are looking for a skilled up work Bidder with proven experience acquiring SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Ads, and Website projects from USA-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for writing proposals, winning projects, coordinating with internal teams, and helping grow our agency's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation

  • Identify SEO, PPC, Google Ads, & Social Ads projects on Upwork daily.
  • Draft personalized, high-conversion proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain high response rates and job application volumes.
  • Track proposals, follow-ups, client responses, and closure status.

2. Client Communication

  • Engage with USA clients via Upwork messages & occasional Zoom calls.
  • Understand client requirements clearly and suggest the right solutions.
  • Coordinate internally to create estimates, strategies, and work plans.

3. Sales & Account Conversion

  • Convert warm leads into paying clients.
  • Negotiate pricing within approved ranges.
  • Ensure smooth handover to SEO/PPC teams after project closure.

4. Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain daily/weekly bidding reports.
  • Update trackers for proposals, responses, lead status, pipeline, and closures.

5. Market Understanding

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads, analytics, and keywords.
  • Ability to frame strategy-oriented responses for USA clients.
  • Staying updated with digital marketing trends in US market.

Required Skills

  • Must have Upwork experience (at least 1–2 years acquiring SEO/PPC projects).
  • Strong understanding of SEO (on-page/off-page/local SEO) & PPC (Google Ads/Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent English writing—clarity, personalization, proposal storytelling.
  • Ability to work USA shifts when needed or partially overlap.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • High ownership mindset and target-driven.

Preferred

  • Understanding of white-label digital marketing operations.
  • Ability to communicate strategy at a high level (AEO, GEO, SEO 2025 trends, PPC automation, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
