We’re looking for a **part-time Upwork Bidder** to join our SEO agency and help us bring in new business. This is a **work-from-home role** ideal for someone with basic Upwork experience who can commit **3-4 hours daily.**

**Prefer timing - early morning or night shift (3 to 4 hours).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Find and bid on **3-5 relevant SEO projects daily** on Upwork
- Write **custom, high-converting proposals** based on client requirements.
- Communicate with leads professionally and pass them to the SEO Team Lead once qualified.
- Keep a log of bids sent, responses received, and follow-ups in a spread sheet.
- Coordinate with the SEO team leader to stay updated on service offerings and client results

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of SEO / digital marketing services (training can be provided).
- Good written English (grammar, clarity, and tone matter).
- Prior experience with Upwork is preferred but not mandatory.
- Laptop + stable internet connection
- Availability**:Early Morning or Late Nigh (Mon-Sat)**

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000/month

(Depending on experience and performance — incentives possible for closed leads)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
