**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Upwork Bidder & Sales Executive** to help grow our client base through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who can craft compelling proposals, manage leads, and drive conversions through strategic outreach and communication. You’ll play a key role in generating revenue and building long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify relevant jobs and submit winning proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write personalized, client-focused bids that align with our services.
- Generate and qualify leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Convert leads into clients through professional communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate with the project and delivery teams to understand offerings and timelines.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead tracking and proposal logs regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder, business development executive, or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT, SaaS, web development, or design services.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate services.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and sales messaging.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Trello, or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, or AI-based services.
**Compensation**:
- Base salary or hourly rate (depending on engagement type)
- Attractive commission or bonus based on sales performance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
Supplemental Pay:
