**Job Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and closing projects on platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other B2B portals**. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, presenting Designer Mindz’s capabilities, and securing high-quality leads that align with our core services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms that match our service offerings.
- Craft persuasive, customized proposals that align with client needs and clearly communicate Designer Mindz’s value.
- Handle pre-sales queries and follow-ups with clients in a professional manner.
- Generate leads, conduct cold outreach, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain CRM/database of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to understand project scope and deliver accurate estimates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly bid targets and sales goals.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and client behavior to optimize conversion rates.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms (1-3 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative design services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to write client-focused proposals that stand out.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in client handling.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, HubSpot, Slack, or CRM systems is a plus.
