**Key Responsibilities**:
- Search for relevant projects on Upwork and submit high-quality proposals.
- Understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a strong Upwork profile by ensuring consistent bidding and client interaction.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful projects.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to maximize revenue.
- Keep track of bidding activity, response rates, and conversions to improve performance.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as an **Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role** in an IT or digital services company.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding process and proposal writing.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English.
- Ability to draft persuasive and customized proposals.
- Familiarity with IT services, web development, app development, digital marketing, or design services.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in lead generation for **IT, software development, or digital marketing services**.
- Knowledge of other freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking lead generation metrics.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
