**About the Role**:
As an Online Bidder (BDE ), you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new projects, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess potential business opportunities on online bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our client base.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create persuasive and professional proposals and bids.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
