**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research, and engage potential clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Create tailored proposals, bids, and presentations to win IT service contracts.
- Understand client requirements for software development, web/mobile apps, DevOps, cloud services, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project scope and deliverables with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines to close deals.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Continuously monitor the marketplace to identify trends and new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales expert on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, including software development, mobile apps, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with client relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in using Upwork's bidding system and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in IT sales or business development roles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO strategies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Compensation**: Competitive, based on experience and sales performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
