Skyram Technologies is looking for an Online Bidder with good experience who can work remotely.

We offer Digital Marketing and Web development services for clients in India as well as overseas countries. We are looking for bidding experts who could win projects from **Upwork** marketplace.

**JOB ROLE**:Online Bidder/Business Analyst

**SALARY RANGE**:(35k to 50k + Incentive)

**NO. OF VACANCY**:1

**EXPERIENCE**:4 to 8 years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the Upwork Market Place
- Winning projects in the field of Digital Marketing services and Web development services
- Digital Marketing services will be SEO, SMM, SMO, Content writing, PPC, Lead Generation and Mobile marketing
- **Technology awareness on WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, codeigniter, React Js, Angular Js, Webflow and Shopify**
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
- Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Get involved in the project delivery in case any issue arises in terms of clarification of scope, addition to the existing scope
- Negotiation and Closure
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- A team player who can closely coordinate with the higher management

- Knowledge of drafting business proposals

- Analyze marketing trends
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic

- Fluent in English
