We are looking for an Expert web Designer to join our growing team at launched Digital Solutions. Our website is a work in process but our digital marketing agency is growing steadily primarily through Upwork and we are looking to add to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative web and content design strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Run and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Optimize web content for better user experience and SEO performance.
- Utilize analytical tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in web and content design.
- Proven success in running and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work US PST hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SEO and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
