As a Website Designer at Jetsoftech, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality websites that are visually appealing and functionally robust. You will work closely with our creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet our client needs and exceed their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement visually stunning and user-friendly website designs while ensuring functional integrity through front-end and back-end development.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS & JavaScript codes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of designs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, present design and development solutions, and make revisions based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) and development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, etc.).
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to think creatively and solve technical and design challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery and Spectra, as well as custom coding capabilities.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
