This opening is with a client of Team-91, a major North American Advertising & Marketing agency with offices across Canada and USA.

We are seeking a **creative Graphic Designer**. You'll be responsible for a stunning, user-friendly website designs that capture brand essence and drive results. In this role, you'll focus on the visual magic, and we'll handle the technical side of things.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand their brand identity, target audience, and website goals.
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly website layouts that prioritize user experience (UX) and clean aesthetics.
- Craft engaging website mockups and prototypes using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ensure website designs are responsive and display beautifully across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Develop a strong understanding of brand guidelines and incorporate them seamlessly into the website design.
- Stay on top of current web design trends and translate them into impactful visuals for websites.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure a smooth handover of design assets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on web design is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus, but **a strong portfolio **is highly valued.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Solid understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
- An eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively translate client needs into design solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
