**Job Description: Graphic Designer (Digital Content)**

**Position Overview:

- Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across different pages and sections of the website.
- Optimize graphics and layouts for responsive design and fast loading times.
- **Whitepaper and eBook Design**:

- Design visually engaging and informative whitepapers, eBooks, and other digital documents.
- Translate complex concepts and data into easily understandable visual representations.
- **Social Media Content**:

- Develop creative and attention-grabbing visuals for social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Create custom graphics, infographics, and illustrations to enhance social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute effective visual content for various campaigns.
- **Blog Post Graphics**:

- Create header images, featured images, and inline graphics for blog posts that complement written content.
- Incorporate design elements that encourage readership and enhance the overall reading experience.
- **Visual Branding**:

- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital assets in alignment with the brand guidelines.
- Provide input on design choices that reflect the company's values and message.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for visual content.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality of design work.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including writers, marketers, and developers to ensure design meets project objectives.
- Communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications:

- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work, including website designs, eBooks, infographics, and social media visuals.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and an understanding of web development constraints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
