We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication strategies. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to establish a strong brand identity and communicate effectively with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print assets including, but not limited to logos and brand identity elements, social media graphics, website graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and print materials (brochures, flyers, etc)
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines
- Produce high-quality visuals using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while meeting deadlines and project requirements
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos, animations and interactive experiences as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2-10 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively
- Attention to detail
- Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX design, or web development is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
