Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, dealers, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for tile sales (domestic and/or export).
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and samples to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Quotation & Negotiation

  • Prepare accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure profitability.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Procurement & Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for product availability, quality checks, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage procurement timelines and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Oversee the sampling process – arrange, dispatch, and track samples for clients.

Logistics & Order Management

  • Coordinate order processing, dispatch schedules, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and maintain communication with clients regarding delivery status.
  • Handle import/export documentation (if applicable).

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-sale support.
  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Maintain client database and sales records using CRM or ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
