We are a leading legal consultancy and advocacy firm offering a wide range of corporate services, including contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, mediation, international arbitration, international recovery assignments, company structuring, and litigation. Our team provides strategic legal solutions to businesses across various industries.
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate legal sector.
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, law firms, audit firms, and financial institutions.
· Promote our legal and corporate services, including contract drafting, M&A advisory, company structuring, and dispute resolution.
· Engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, and business meetings.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
· Stay updated on legal and corporate trends to provide insights to clients.
· Handle client negotiations and manage long-term partnerships.
1. Client Relationship Management & Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Address client concerns, provide customized solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
2. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Develop strategies to improve sales conversion rates and enhance overall revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales and set realistic business goals.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close high-value deals.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and compliance requirements are met.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Continuously analyze the Indian market landscape, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and business strategies.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Provide input for marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support business development efforts.
- Ensure seamless communication between different departments for client service excellence.
6. Networking & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at business events, networking functions, and industry conferences.
- Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Promote the company's brand, values, and services to enhance visibility in the Indian market.
7. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Implement best practices to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.
- Track team performance through reports, dashboards, and CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of corporate legal services and business structuring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in market research and lead generation.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Familiarity with international legal and business frameworks is an advantage.
