Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant & HR Support. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership while also managing essential HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across the organization.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Schedule & Calendar Management: Manage senior leadership calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Project & Task Management: Track key projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Inbox & Communication Support: Manage email correspondence, draft responses, and track action items.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Strategic Support: Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
- Office & Admin Support: Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Team & Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams for project updates, follow-ups, and execution support.
HR Support Functions
- Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and smooth onboarding of new hires.
- HR Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Performance Management Support: Coordinate performance review cycles and track goal-setting processes.
- Internal Communication: Draft and circulate internal announcements and updates.
- Policy & Process Support: Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies and support implementation of HR processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software/tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
