We are seeking a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to support daily tasks across communication, research, and administration. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls to vendors, service providers, and other contacts to gather information or follow up on tasks.
  • Conduct web research and compile useful data and summaries.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image generators, automation platforms) to assist with writing, idea generation, and problem-solving.
  • Help with various administrative duties such as maintaining files, organizing information, scheduling appointments, and drafting emails or documents.
  • Basic editing on CANVA.
  • Run small errands or assist with miscellaneous in-office tasks as required.

  • A recent graduate in any field.
  • Tech-savvy and curious—you enjoy trying new AI tools and figuring things out.
  • Comfortable making professional phone calls and communicating clearly.
  • Organized, reliable, and quick to learn.
  • Available to work from our office during flexible afternoon slots.
