About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Administration Assistant to support our top management in day-to-day administrative, operational, and reporting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced business environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Directors and Management Team, assisting in executing business priorities, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist top management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain business reports, presentations, and data sheets using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and ensure timely communication.
  • Support management in tracking progress of key projects and preparing performance updates.
  • Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Execute instructions precisely and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to follow directions effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
