Logistics Assistant

Logistics Assistant Duties:
- Assist the Operations Manager with various daily office functions
- Assign duties to office assistants, administrative assistant, and mail room personnel
- Assist in the processing of governmental forms and applications
- Update and monitor inventory and warehouse space allocations
- Assist in the processing of bids, contracts, and purchase orders
- Perform administrative functions
Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the logistics and transportation departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct clerical duties, including file organization, data input, and mailing
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Conduct research for executive management
- Maintain office equipment and facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Knowledge of warehouse management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to function independently and as part of a team
- High level of initiative
- Tally And SAP knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
