Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner, driving efficiency, managing complex workflows, and ensuring seamless client experiences in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meetings: Manage and optimize CEO's calendar; anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure impactful engagements with senior leaders, clients, and investors.
  • Travel & Logistics: Plan and coordinate premium travel, events, and client sessions; manage on-site logistics, technology, and amenities for presentations and shows.
  • Communication: Handle CEO's communication (emails, calls, in-person) with top-tier clients and stakeholders; ensure timely, confidential, and aligned correspondence.
  • Event & Show Management: Plan, prepare, and execute company events, high-profile shows, and off-sites with detailed agendas, presentations, and flawless delivery.
  • Projects & Reporting: Track and report milestones, deliverables, and CEO/client-led initiatives for measurable outcomes.
  • People & Hiring: Coordinate recruitment schedules, hiring plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams and external agencies; prioritize requests and act as CEO's ambassador.
  • Confidentiality & Contracts: Manage sensitive data, contracts, negotiations, and strategic documentation.
  • Admin & Operations: Provide executive-level support—expenses, reports, spreadsheets, process optimization, and tech adoption for efficiency.
  • Adaptability: Handle last-minute changes, shifting priorities, and startup pace with agility.

Ideal Profile

  • Strategic, agile mindset with strong EA experience in startups/high-growth settings.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior CEOs and dynamic clients.
  • Advanced tech, project management, and event coordination skills.
  • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and shifting priorities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate degree.
  • 5–10 years' experience in Executive Assistant roles.
