Personal Assistant to Director

- Schedule & Time Management: Manage the Directors calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and ensure important tasks and deadlines are met.
- Communication: Drafting of professional correspondences, speaking to people on directors behalf.
- Travel & Logistics: Book and manage all travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for the Director & immediate family.
- Meeting & Event Support: Organize and prepare for meetings, including circulating agendas and materials, and taking minutes if required.
- Document & Information Management: Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and briefs for the Director, often using software like PowerPoint.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Perform various office duties, such as managing databases, tracking expenses, and maintaining contact lists.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively offer solutions to ensure the CEO can focus on high-level strategic goals.
