About the Role:
We're looking for a smart, reliable, and resourceful Assistant to the Founder. The role involves coordination, research, communication, and general administrative support across areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, calls, and day-to-day communication
- Support execution and follow-ups
- Handle basic documentation and data management
- Stay proactive and ensure things are running smoothly behind the scenes
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate in any field
- Organised individual with good communication skills
- Comfortable with multitasking
- Strong follow-up and ownership mindset
- Proficient in messaging tools
- Previous experience as an assistant or coordinator is a plus
Compensation: Based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
