Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with strong skills to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks. If you are a multitasker with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
