Key responsibilities

  • Schedule and calendar management: Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Communication management: Handle correspondence (emails and phone calls), act as a gatekeeper, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel coordination: Arrange and manage all travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Document preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Meeting coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and preparing materials.
  • Project support: Assist with special projects, conduct research, and follow up on tasks as assigned.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency: Competence in office software like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
