Executive Assistant to Director

Key responsibilities
- Schedule and calendar management: Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Communication management: Handle correspondence (emails and phone calls), act as a gatekeeper, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel coordination: Arrange and manage all travel logistics and itineraries.
- Document preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Meeting coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and preparing materials.
- Project support: Assist with special projects, conduct research, and follow up on tasks as assigned.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Required skills and qualifications
- Organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical proficiency: Competence in office software like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues that arise.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion: Strong sense of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
