Job Title: Executive Assistant – Founder's Office
Location: Andheri (E) - MIDC
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Leadership of our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an agency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Travel Management: Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Team Coordination: Follow up with various departments on key deliverables and assigned tasks.
- Meeting Support: Take Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Reports & Analytics: Prepare expense reports, revenue data, and other key business reports using MS Excel.
- Presentations: Create PPTs for internal and external presentations on revenue and business insights.
- Client Engagement: Accompany for client meetings and visits as needed.
- Communication Management: Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the advertising & digital marketing landscape is preferred.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Strong MS Excel, report-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
