Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities :
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Manage the Director's calendar
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Manage correspondence
- Occasionally assist with family events or social functions
- Handle online shopping, errands, and gift purchasing
- Track business expenses
- Handle CC bills & its timely payments
- Support HR to help maintain basic systems or records
Salary Bracket: Up to 4LPA
Interpersonal Skills;
Strong communication skills (in English)
Organizational abilities & Multitasking
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
