Operational & Strategic Support

  • Assist in reviewing business reports, operational updates, and performance dashboards.
  • Support in planning, monitoring, and executing strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs, and summarize key insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business information and strategic discussions.

Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate smooth communication flow between the CEO, leadership team, and various departments.
  • Ensure deadlines, tasks, and commitments assigned by the CEO are tracked and completed.
  • Liaise with logistics partners, clients, and external agencies when required.
  • Handle escalations, follow-ups, and urgent matters with a proactive approach.

Administrative & Organizational Tasks

  • Draft emails, memos, letters, and internal communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize events, reviews, conferences, and business meetings.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and confidential files.
  • Support in managing special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA from a recognized institute (mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or in a coordination role preferably in the logistics industry or a large corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, or operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business communication tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹70,000.00 per month
