Business Analyst – Website Development

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to manage and enhance our website development and maintenance projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Drupal CMS, PHP, web technologies, UI/UX principles, and functional analysis, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for website development and maintenance.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Oversee website content development and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage website performance, uptime, and server health.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical feasibility and timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct functional testing and assist in resolving issues during UAT and post-launch.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Drupal CMS and PHP for website development and customization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools.
  • Understanding of website hosting, servers, and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in content management systems and SEO basics is a plus.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Accuracy and completeness of BRDs and functional specifications.
  • Timely delivery of requirement documents before development cycles.

Project Delivery

  • Percentage of projects delivered on time and within scope.
  • Reduction in change requests due to unclear requirements.

Website Performance

  • Uptime and server health metrics (e.g., 99.9% uptime).
  • Page load speed improvements and optimization.

Quality Assurance

  • Number of defects identified during UAT vs. post-production.
  • Successful completion of functional and usability testing.

Stakeholder Satisfaction

  • Feedback scores from internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Responsiveness and communication effectiveness.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Suggestions implemented for UI/UX enhancements.
  • Adoption of new technologies or best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
