About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional who can deliver measurable organic growth for client websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of technical SEO, content optimization, and UI/UX alignment, along with the ability to leverage AI-driven search platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

The role is ideal for someone from an agency background, who can think strategically, act independently, and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve crawlability, ranking, and traffic.
  • Perform detailed keyword and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly UI/UX and better user engagement.
  • Develop and execute content and linking strategies aligned with user intent and business goals.
  • Track and analyze website performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and SEO output quality.
  • Stay updated on AI-driven search ecosystems such as Perplexity, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT Browse.
  • Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and results effectively with internal teams and clients.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 4+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results in organic traffic growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify, and DeepCrawl.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper, etc.).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and their impact on search and conversion.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Work References:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share 2–3 anonymized project references or performance reports showcasing their contribution to organic growth.

All shared data must have company names and confidential details hidden to ensure compliance.

Compensation:

We offer a performance-linked package (fixed + variables) for candidates with a strong track record of delivering measurable organic growth and innovation through SEO and AI tools.
