Job Deliverables – Senior Business Development Executive
Deliverables:
- Communicating with customers and giving feedback to inquiries related to our product.
- Taking follow-up with Customers to turn inquiries into orders.
- Conducting calls with foreign customers to understand and work on their pain areas.
- Coordinating with Design Department to visualize the needs of customers.
- Preparing Quotations, giving Order Acceptance, and acknowledging the client regarding the dispatch date of their order.
- To maintain collaborative culture across all departments.
- To hold internal meetings, to check everything is under control.
- Preparing reports for management to monitor the growth of the company and Individuals.
- Assuring with Production Team that the product is ready in a specified time and confirming the quality check.
- Develop freight shipment solutions for improvements and/or closing gaps.
- Facilitate the Packing team about the handling of cargo according to industry standards or sector requirements.
- Follow up for payment.
- Good knowledge of internationally recognized rules which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers.

The ideal candidate for a senior business development executive role should be a skilled communicator, culturally aware, flexible, and results-driven with a strong sales background and relevant education and experience.
Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team development and leadership skills.
- Good Communication Skills: Verbal and Written. (English)
Experience: Must have 3+ years of relevant experience
