We are building a powerful Digital Retail Platform that helps distributors, GT/MT retailers, super stockists, and kirana stores to procure, sell, and manage operations digitally creating the next growth wave across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a market-building leadership mission for those who want to create impact and lead a digital transformation in FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the territory by establishing a new-age FMCG digital market from the ground up
  • Onboard high-potential distributors, stockists, and retailers into the digital ecosystem
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of Senior Sales Officers and ground executives
  • Drive adoption, activation, and engagement on the digital platform across GT & MT channels
  • Achieve territory business targets including distributor sign-ups, digital orders, and sales growth
  • Act as the Territory CEO, managing P&L, operational excellence, and market penetration
  • Execute strategic initiatives to drive primary, secondary, and digital sales integration
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and growth
  • Establish a high-performance culture with ownership, innovation, and execution excellence
