Business Development Executive – SaaS

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customer needs.
● Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements, challenges, and concerns.
● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
● Demonstrate the Valigara SaaS-based solution to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and use cases.
● Create frequent reports with sales performance and financial data.
● Engage with existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling SaaS modules, features, and services.
● Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or conferences on behalf of the company.
● Negotiate and close deals while addressing any objections or concerns.
● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to drive better results.
● Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvement.
Requirements:
● Graduation or Post-Graduation (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
● Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
● Experience selling SaaS Software / Cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
● Exposure to the jewellery manufacturing or jewellery e-commerce sector is an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of marketing, sales funnels, and negotiation techniques.
● Ability to deliver impactful and product-focused presentations.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
