Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward through effective B2B sales and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a knack for communication, and the ability to manage their time effectively while working independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favourable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems.
- Drive to various locations as required to meet clients and conduct business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Proficient in driving, with a valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
- Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Competence in IT systems relevant to sales tracking and reporting.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
