We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive with strong experience in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can independently manage field visits, close deals, and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to present digital marketing solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 2x of monthly salary).
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on field visits and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales.
  • Must have own vehicle for client visits.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and growth.
  • Must have their own personal laptop & Wi-Fi connection.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fuel Allowance: ₹3000 per month apart from salary.
  • Incentives: Earn up to 20% incentives on successful sales.
  • Condition: Candidate must achieve 2x sales of their monthly salary.
