**Position Overview**:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support and manage the CEO's day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion, manage complex schedules, and facilitate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize tasks and handle conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Communication Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Meeting Coordination and Support**:

- Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure timely preparation of briefing materials for the CEO.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- **Travel and Expense Management**:

- Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations.
- Manage expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement processing.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Act with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- **Office Management**:

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Manage files, records, and databases related to the CEO’s activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
