**Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, executive team gatherings, and special events.
- Filter and prioritize communications, keeping the CEO informed of critical issues.
- Research and compile data required for decision-making and reporting.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for the CEO.
- Assist in creating agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
- Facilitate project management tasks and follow up on assignments.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Support departmental initiatives and special assignments as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure records are up to date.
- Prioritize and respond to urgent requests during the CEO's absence.
- Prepare briefing materials for meetings with key stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
- Proven track record of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in a corporate or executive environment preferred.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
