
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items and decisions made.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and other executives as needed.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as requested by the CEO.
- **Confidentiality Maintenance**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
