The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office and providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position acts as a key liaison between the CEO and other staff, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring that initiatives are executed effectively. An effective Executive Assistant possesses a blend of administrative expertise, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills. As the facilitator of the CEO's strategic vision, the Executive Assistant is responsible for managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing special projects, thus allowing the CEO to focus on strategic business operations. This role contributes significantly to the overall productivity and success of the organization by ensuring that the CEO’s time is spent on the most important tasks and by maintaining a seamless flow of information within the company. By managing various administrative functions, the Executive Assistant helps in fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of Board meeting agendas and materials.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and correspondence.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications, prioritizing responses.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Work closely with other executive team members to facilitate collaboration.
- Conduct research and provide summaries on various topics as requested.
- Track project timelines and deliverables related to the CEO's initiatives.
- Facilitate efficient workflow by streamlining processes within the office.
- Assist in budgeting and expense reporting for the executive office.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
