**Job Title**: Outbound Telesales Representative
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
As an **Outbound Telesales Representative**, your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales. You will need to establish strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that fit their business or personal requirements. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of the company and your professional development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make cold calls to potential customers from a provided list or leads, presenting and promoting products/services.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify prospects, assess their needs, and qualify them based on buying potential. Capture important customer data and details for follow-up.
- **Sales Pitch & Closing**: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch, overcome objections, and close sales by highlighting the benefits of the products/services and providing tailored solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing timely information.
- **CRM Data Management**: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by consistently converting leads into sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Keep up to date with product features, benefits, and industry trends to confidently engage with prospects and address their needs.
- **Sales Reporting**: Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements, identifying areas for improvement and sharing insights with the team.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear, confident, and professional phone etiquette with the ability to engage with customers and convey product information effectively.
- **Persuasion & Negotiation**: Strong persuasive skills, with the ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities for closing sales.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer-Focused**: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide personalized solutions that drive satisfaction.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve high productivity in a target-driven environment.
- **CRM Experience**: Basic knowledge or experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage customer information.
- **Adaptability & Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection, stay positive, and adjust approaches based on customer responses and changing circumstances.
- **Positive Attitude**: A motivated, enthusiastic approach to sales with the drive to consistently perform at your best.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Freshers with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
