We are seeking motivated **Freshers and Experienced Telesales Operatives** to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services and generating leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions with a customer-first attitude.
- Assist in maintaining the CRM system with up-to-date customer information.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone manner.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade and influence, with an understanding of effective sales strategies.
- **Customer Service**: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and handling objections professionally.

- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills to manage call logs, leads, and customer information.
