Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sr. Executive with 3–5 years of experience in managing online sales platforms and handling telesales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving e-commerce growth, optimizing online listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing customer experience, and overseeing a telesales team to boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations.
Manage and optimize listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and brand website.
Ensure accurate and updated product information, pricing, and availability.
Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to execute digital campaigns, promotional offers, and seasonal launches.
Monitor inventory levels, returns, and order fulfillment to maintain smooth operations.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock accuracy.
Telesales Management:
Lead and supervise the telesales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide scripts, training, and sales techniques to improve team performance.
Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and customer handling through CRM tools.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback and motivation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run telecalling campaigns and generate leads.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and analytics.
Proven ability to manage and grow online sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership experience in managing telesales or customer support teams.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and telesales supervision.
Experience in a similar industry (Retail, Fashion, Electronics, etc.) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
