We’re Hiring: Sr. Business Development Executive / Business Analyst

Location: On-site | Infosware Private Limited

Job Type: Full-time

Are you proactive, energetic, and passionate about building client relationships?

We’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive / Business Analyst to help us grow our client base, manage communications, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through online platforms & industry directories
  • Handle client communication via calls & emails
  • Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Coordinate and submit quotations
  • Follow up with leads and assist in their decision-making journey
  • Convert nurtured leads into satisfied customers

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Confidence in handling client calls & emails
  • Basic knowledge of Excel & Gmail/Outlook
  • Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups
  • Friendly, convincing personality

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Interest in tech, RFID, software, or digital services
  • Create proper documentations.

Qualification

  • MBA (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in busniess, Sales, Marketing .
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
